About Free Trials

We offer a 30-day free trial of our Starter Plan for all new users. If you wish to continue using MixFlip after the trial period, you will need to add a credit card to your account via the Stripe Billing Portal.

At this time, we do no offer a free trial of the Pro Plan, and switching to the Pro Plan will require a credit card and immediate payment.

What happens after the trial period?

What happens after the trial period depends on whether you have a credit card on file or not.

If you have a credit card on file

After your 30-day trial period, you will be charged the price of your subscription automatically. You can see the price including all discounts from coupon codes/referals in the Stripe Billing Portal.

If you have added a credit card to your account, but don’t wish to continue using MixFlip after the trial period, select the “Cancel Subscription” button in the Stripe Billing Portal or remove the credit card from your account via the Stripe Billing Portal.

If you have no credit card on file

If you don’t have a credit card on file at the end of your trial period, your plan will be cancelled. If you decide to come back at a later date, you will need to add a credit card to your account via the Stripe Billing Portal and select a new plan.
